As we transition from one season to another it's quite common to feel out of balance and less grounded .This autumn retreat gives you the opportunity to recharge and chill out a little before winter ,slow down and set new intentions for the seasons ahead
You will stay on a beautiful country manor estate, with a lovely dedicated yoga space , not far from the North Norfolk Coast.
The weekend location is nature at its best with acres of beautiful private land to explore ,gardens ,woods ,forests and even its own boating lake .
When not on your yoga mat you can take a relaxed walk around the estate enjoy the country air
Or you can stay inside to relax ,we will light the wood burners and you can curl up and read a book and chat .
You will sleep in luxury bedrooms made with reclaimed wood ,original farm doors have been used along side the original timber beams to add authenticity to each room . All of the bedrooms and bathrooms have under floor heating,super comfortable, extra thick sprung mattresses and high quality cotton linen ,as well as using only eco and allergy friendly products.
Seasonal vegetarian food will be freshly prepared everyday

This retreat is designed to help you improve your alignment and practice technically ,with a steady flowing practice .
Our breath naturally embodies two important elements Sthira (Steady) and Sukham (lightness) in these classes we will use the breath to establish an ability to practice with strength but in a relaxed and harmonious manner .
As we practice with an awareness to our breath we let go of our external distractions thus moving our attention inwards to the deeper levels of our practice ,acceptance and self understanding .
Classes will be suitable for all levels of experience except complete beginners .
