ASHTANGA FLOW

An Ashtanga inspired class that is suitable for those new to the practice and experienced practitioners. Each class you will be introduced to the fundamentals of this dynamic practice in a non dogmatic way, through a combination of standing and seated postures, with a focus on making the postures accessible through variations, more detailed verbal alignment cues, and an encouragement to use props.
