ASHTANGA FLOW

An Ashtanga inspired class that is suitable for those new to the practice and experienced practitioners. Each class you will be introduced to the fundamental asanas of this dynamic practice in a non dogmatic and varied way. Through a combination of standing and seated postures, with a focus on making the postures accessible either through variations, detailed verbal alignment cues, or an encouragement to use support. Drop in £12.
