Here we are again returning to this venue for our only Weekend Retreat in 2020, there’s a saying “with familiarity comes ease” and yes maybe thats true, but also it brings with it a feeling of contentment a sense of letting go, to relax, to breathe. Building your Bridges: Improve your relationship with your backbends .

In this workshop, we will build the foundations of our backbends with a slow, detailed sequence, incorporating standing postures and simple actions to access the shoulders and upper back. We will look at the importance of finding length in the quadriceps, the psoas and the hip flexors.
